Booklet Imposer is a free tool for arranging the pages of a PDF into a saddle-stitched booklet. You can use it without an account. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Your PDFs stay on your device and are processed in your browser; they are never uploaded. You keep all rights to your files and to the booklets you make from them. You are responsible for having the right to copy and print the material you put through the tool.

The tool arranges pages and adjusts their position on the sheet. It cannot control your printer, your paper, or how you fold and staple. Creep estimates are approximate, printer drivers behave differently, and paper thickness varies. Please print a test sheet before a full run.

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for wasted paper, ink, print costs, or any other loss that comes from using the site. Booklet Imposer is not a print shop and not a professional color-management or prepress tool.

To keep the browser responsive, files larger than 200 MB or longer than 400 pages are not accepted. Password-protected PDFs need the password removed in another app first. Interactive features such as links, form fields, and bookmarks are not kept in the exported booklet.

The site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties, and I don’t endorse the products they advertise. Ads never block the export, and the tool stays free. See the privacy policy for how ad cookies work and how to opt out of personalized ads.

Booklet Imposer is an independent project and is not affiliated with Adobe or any printer manufacturer. Adobe and Acrobat are trademarks of Adobe. Other product names belong to their owners.
